Delivery
UK delivery is included in the price, unless otherwise stated.
International orders are welcome but cannot currently be processed through this website. Email me with the items you are interested in and I will calculate the shipping cost to your country. You will be emailed a Paypal invoice for the total cost, should you wish to complete the purchase.
Important information for EU countries and Northern Ireland: I have unfortunately had to pause commission bookings to these destinations due to EU General Product Safety Regulations and the requirement to have an EU Authorised Representative (EAR) in the EU.
Order dispatch times
Prints
In stock items: mailed within 48 hours of placing your order (Monday – Friday).
Back ordered items. These are printed-to-order, so please allow 10-14 days for delivery. At busier times of the year such as Christmas, please order in plenty of time as the turnaround may be slightly longer. Prints are sent Tracked 24 or 1st Class Signed For depending on total value.
Original art
Original art is sent fully insured, next-day delivery using Royal Mail. Larger paintings, A2+ sizes, are sent by Parcelforce.
International orders
Delivery times are dependent on destinations. USA, for example, is usually around 2-3 weeks, but allow longer during holiday season.
Returns
Items can be returned to me using a tracked service within 30 days if you are not happy with your order.
Refunds will be processed, less the original postage cost, once items have been received safely.
Returns exclude commissioned work, pet portraits and hand-painted bespoke plaques, which are non-refundable.

Your personal information provided when you make a purchase is safe and secure.
All information given when placing an order is only used for the purpose of fulfilling your order or portrait commissions, and is not used or stored in any other way.
Paypal is used for transactions and invoicing. Paypal is safe and secure and transactions are encrypted using advanced encryption technology. None of your credit card information is shared with me when a transaction is processed via Paypal.
