Karen Hartnell is a professional Pet Portrait and Wildlife Artist, based in beautiful Kinross-shire, Scotland.
A dog owner herself, she can relate to wanting to capture the personality of those special pets within their portraits. Wildlife is also a big passion of hers, and this is reflected in the subject matters she paints.
Karen has been painting pets and all manner of wildlife for over 10 years. Watercolours, acrylics and graphite pencil are her main mediums for commissions.
