A selection of photos I took of some of the wildlife I spotted on my recent holiday in south west Scotland.

Sea bird colonies at the Mull of Galloway
Yellowhammer in the garden
Mute Swans having a snooze on Loch Ryan
Small Tortoiseshell Butterfly on buddleia
House Sparrow families flying around the field one evening
Herring Gulls. They were always outside the cottage and would march their legs up and down, trying to draw out the worms. Funny to watch!
