In my previous blog here I posted a few photos of my new Red Squirrel garden visitors. Since then, another new male has also been turning up, and a female has visited again. I’m not sure if it is the same female as before, her ear tufts are smaller and there is no obvious scar above her right eye.
Here’s the new boy pictured below. He prefers to hang about on the birds’ peanut feeder instead of using the squirrel feeder. He did try, but the photo on the left shows as far as his attempt went! He was back out there again this morning … on the bird feeder.
