I have recently finished a new painting of a White-tailed Eagle in flight. This particular bird is one I have watched for many hours, female ‘Turquoise 1’, as she is known from her identification wing tags. I didn’t paint in her tags in this portrait.

Below is a timelapse I have put together from a few sections I shot. I didn’t timelapse her head work as I needed to get close to the paper to add in the finer detail and would’ve got my head in the way of my camera! I’m still new to setting this up and trying to work out the best angles of recording these.
